Admission Requirements and Criteria:
- Qualification
Applicants are required to have completed, or presently be enrolled in, their final year of secondary school or the equivalent of Mathayom 6 (Grade 12). For applicants graduating from international school or aboard, the Certificate of Equivalency issued by Ministry of Education (Thailand) must be submitted to the BMIR Programme office before student registration period (at the end of May 2015). Applicant who do not obtain the said Certificate of Equivalency Certificate are required to take GED or IGCSE , specific requirements mentioned below
- Applicants residing in Thailand
Applicants must possess the following:
1) Relevant qualifications listed in Item 7 of the Thammasat University’s Bachelor Degree Regulations (1997).
2) School transcript (with minimum GPA 2.8 in Mathayom 4-5 or equivalent) and High School Diploma as authorized by Thailand's Ministry of Education or other assigned Government Agency or
Students certificates from applicants' school (only for those who are presently be enrolled in their final year of high school or equivalent)
3) Specific requirements for each case are as follows:
- Applicants who studied abroad as exchange students, without grade report, are required to submit transcripts or certificates from both Thai and the host-country high schools.
- Applicants who have taken an M.6 equivalent test are expected to have:
- GED : a minimum score of 2800
- IGCSE : grade C at least 5 different subjects
- Applicants with other educational systems could find a Grading System Conversion HERE!!.
4) One of the following English/ proficiency test results:
**No other test results are accepted**
- TOEFL: a minimum score of 500 on pBT/ 60 on iBT/ 170 on cBT
- IELTS: a minimum overall grade of 5.5
- TU-GET: a minimum score of 500
- CU-TEP: a minimum score of 500 (test taken during 2012)
a minimum score of 60 (test taken in 2013 onwards)
- SAT: a minimum score of 50% on writing and critical reading
5) Applicants must pass both the WRITTEN EXAMINATION and INTERVIEW which will be conducted in English.

- An official transcript. Academic records should give detailed information on the content and the quality of your performance, courses taken each year and grades received.
If the institution does not issue records in Thai or English, original language records must be submitted with translation in English language. All translation must be literal and complete versions of the original records. - A valid English Proficiency test (aboved mentioned)
